The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) initiated the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Earth Gracia Buildcon Private Limited on January 17, 2019. Ms. Manisha Rawat was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The CIRP was extended by 90 days and was expected to end on January 5, 2020.
