Demand will be increased and residences made more appealing thanks to scheduled metro Line 3 and other road improvements. Prices are greater than those in distant suburbs, yet they provide consistent rental income because of nearby office hubs. In my opinion, immediate changes ought to be centred on well-arranged parking and quicker interior road repair.

    I lately relocated to Baner and feel really good about my decision. By route, Hinjewadi IT Park benefits from this position near to Aundh and Balewadi. Daily transportation depends on local buses and app taxis; the highways are mostly fast. Though some interior roadways are sluggish during torrential rains, I see drainage to operate nicely. The neighborhood schools, cafes, and tiny stores within walking distance really strike me. Small clinics close to my flat and The Orchid School attract my interest. Great places to meet on weekends are Balewadi High Street. Baner has a nice mix of city access and green hills. One thing missing is more public benches around my block please.

    I am glad I poured money here in Baner. The area appeals to me, linked to Pune. Daily transportation for me is made simple thanks to Baner Road and its connection to Aundh and Balewadi. To get to work, I employ buses, my car and brief taxis. Shops and grocery stores are rather close. Therefore, my family feels comfortable. We need Sahyadri Hospital and the Orchid School right close. At Balewadi Stadium and the surrounding mountains, I like weekend walks. With numerous trees and recently built parks all around our neighbourhood, the area looks green. Better road improvements and scheduled metro operations will improve value. Parking strain near crowded stretches in the evenings and at weekends is what troubles me most.

    With the excellent proximity to Hinjewadi's IT hub via the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, which made my trip easy, the area was quite secure. Important services were always nearby, including respected hospitals like Jupiter Hospital and outstanding schools such The Orchid School. Balewadi High Street provided excellent food and weekend hangouts for leisure, whereas Baner Hill was ideal for a calm getaway. But the traffic congestion during peak hours, which made local travel difficult, was my greatest letdown. I also saw that water supply could occasionally be erratic, hence depending on water tankers. It was a lively, booming area that seemed like home.

    I decided to lease in Baner as it appears sophisticated, simple, and especially well connected to places of work and life. Baner Road makes my travel to Hinjewadi IT Park quite simple. Like good schools, excellent hospitals, local markets, and nearby retail stores, the neighbourhood offers all I want. Particularly, I like to run on Baner Hill and unwind among the green niches. I am enthralled about Metro Line 3's better connectivity that is ahead. More uniform water pressure in some places and more effective street lighting are what I wish improves. But really, I quite like residing in this area. It is tranquil, practical, and vibrant.

    Living in Baner, Pune makes me quite pleased and happy. Life here is a pleasant mix of active city life and calm neighbourhood streets. I picked Baner for its great connectivity through Baner Road and the Mumbai–Bengaluru Highway, broad roads, beautiful flora on Baner Hill, and first-rate infrastructure. For medical treatment, Jupiter Hospital and Lifepoint Multispecialty are conveniently available. My family has excellent schools nearby called The Orchid School and VIBGYOR High. For fun, we enjoy Westend Mall or Balewadi High Street's cafés, restaurants, and shopping. A more dependable water supply in some ancient districts is the only thing that might get better. Still, buying a house here seems like a wise and joyful choice.

    I bought my house in Baner since this area is perfectly located with great access to the IT centers of Pune, well-developed infrastructure and elegant conveniences. The appeal is increased by surrounding green regions such Baner Hill and parks. Going to Balewadi High Street for supper in the evening and then coming home in tranquility is my favourite moment. One change I hope for is quicker metro line completion up to Baner and secondly better management of internal roads and drainage during rainfalls. Still, Baner is a wonderful investment and place to live that I strongly advise.

    Positives: Baner's great mix of city simplicity and nature was its greatest strong point. Right here, we have the Baner Hill and Baner-Pashan Biodiversity Park, providing much-needed green and a great atmosphere. The Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway made weekend vacations simple by great connectivity. For my family, the local area's excellent schools such as The Orchid School and trustworthy healthcare were a major asset. The Pune Metro Line 3 will help to improve the transportation network even more.

    Negatives: The ongoing building throughout the region's continual noise and contamination was intolerable. Driving was really unpleasant and sluggish as well due of the bad state of interior roads and potholes, especially after the rains.
