I have my own house at Anand Vihar and I have been living here for 18 years. It is a well-connected and well-maintained place and very close to Surya Nagar and Rampratha. This colony is very approachable due to the metro station. Easy to access all the urban facilities and can enjoy urban life. The negative and important point is that this place is highly polluted.

I was a former tenant of Anand Vihar and as a fashion designer student lived there. This place is comparatively hygienic and clean to the other places in Delhi. The well-maintained roads, societies, gardens, and parks make the place more comfortable. The people are welcoming in nature and peaceful in mentality. One annoying point is that this place is worthy populated with the most polluted air in the NCR region and is not recommended for those people who love silence.

Anand Vihar is the finest locality for comfortable, safe, and peaceful living. I have been living here for 4 years as a tenant of a house. This locality has dedicated shopping complexes that take care of the day-to-day essentials. This place is full of lush green parks and gardens which are highly praisable in urban areas. Delhi Jal Board, Zonal Revenue Office, and Directorate of Education are some offices situated nearby.

I have been living here for 3 years in Anand Vihar as a doctor at a private hospital. This place is posh and situated in East Delhi. Highly reputed businesses and professionals live in this colony. The local people are peaceful, so I have not faced any bad incidents. As a newcomer, I have never faced any awkward situation. For me, this place is nice to live for the outer people also.

Anand Vihar is a nice and peaceful location with good connectivity. It has many positive sides to living easily in urban life. It is a well-maintained locality with schools, metro, hospitals, and markets. It is a well-secured place and also near to New Delhi railway station. I have been living in my own house for 6 years with my family. I am happily living with my parents and daughter happily here.
