I live in an Ashram with my family and all I can say is the place is convenient. I send my children to Queen Mary School, and there are many other reputed schools around the place. Furthermore, the place is a business hub, which is a good opportunity for me and my wife. We use the metro rail for daily commuting to work. The roads are congested and not very well maintained, which happens to be the only concern.
I used to live in Ashram a long time back and I have no complaints. I used to send my children to a reputed private school in Ashram, and commuting was never an issue for us because of the availability of bus, cabs, autos, and metro rails. We even had very good access to hospitals, shopping malls, grocery stores, markets, gyms, and so on. Overall, Ashram was a very safe place to live in.
Besides the poor traffic condition of Ashram, I don’t have too many complaints. The increasing construction works are leading to roadblocks and traffic jams, and other than that, the place is worth living. What I like about the place is that it is close to the airport and the metro railway service makes commuting easier. The locality also has markets like Bhogal where you can buy things at an affordable price.
I have rented an apartment in Ashram because the locality has a solid social infrastructure. It also has a close vicinity to some of the major industrial areas of Delhi, including the Okhla Industrial area, which is a booming small-scale industrial area, adding employability opportunities for the local people. It is, therefore, home to important business centers, which is particularly what I like about this place.
I like living in Ashram, Delhi and so far my experience is good. The Ashram has good connectivity to all the major points of the city and it is a nice place in terms of neighborhood, environment, places of interest, and commuting. It is situated prominently on the important junctions of Mathura Road, and DND Flyway. The traffic condition of the Ashram is good as well with several transport options.
