It would be beneficial to have an attached market inside the complex. But with all these facilities, it's a value-for-money project. In Vashi, Nerul, and Navi Mumbai, Bhima Shankar is placed in a very convenient area. That area is currently popular, and property values are anticipated to increase, providing buyers with a lovely investment opportunity with good returns in the future.
