Brahmand Phase 8 offers well-designed apartments that are
perfect for today’s homebuyers. I was in search of a budget
small apartment in Pune. Found a 555 sq ft apartment for
just Rs. 50 Lac here. The power cut is a major issue in this locality.
But This complex has good power backup. Good connectivity is a plus point for me.
