Irrespective of those problems, I am a contented dweller who loves the ease and friendly community culture here. I suggest Uttam Nagar to families and first-time homebuyers.

Positives: One of the good things for me is how it is so well-connected to the Unity One Mall (only about 12-15 minutes) and the Pacific Mall (about 25 minutes) by road. All the necessities that I need at least, are within walking distance. Life here is very convenient and affordable, as a result. Negative: If one negative has to be there, it is the road condition. They keep digging the roads and leaving them for long periods.

Negatives: Although there are so many wonderful things, I must say that the absence of planned infrastructure is a problem at times.
