Vasant Vihar was my childhood dream, since one of my best friends used to stay here. I dreamt of staying here one day, and could fulfill my dream some years back, after I achieved some measure of success, by the grace of the Lord. What attracted me was the huge safety quotient of the locality, particularly since so many Government officers and bureaucrats live here. Many corporate biggies are also present in the neighbourhood, which means better planning, much improved roads, lots of greenery, and great amenities in terms of education, healthcare, shopping, etc. My only concern is the huge crowds during the peak morning and evening hours.
It's a complete privilege to work and live in Vasant Vihar. This is Delhi's finest diplomatic and residential enclave, providing an unmatched luxury lifestyle that my clients love. The special plus here is the great greenery, each block is like a peaceful, well-designed park, and we have excellent schools such as Modern School, here. Connectivity is quick through the Magenta Metro Line, and we are merely seven kilometres from IGI Airport, which is perfect for regular flyers. Although the neighbourhood is extremely secure and has upscale shopping at DLF Promenade, among other things, the biggest disadvantage is that housing is very unaffordable, one of the most pricey pin codes in Delhi, and parking is a serious issue because of the density of huge independent homes.
