I have rented a small house in the locality of Bavdhan, Pune and here I am staying with my nuclear family for the last four years. There are a few well-known hotels and restaurants established in my locality and they usually serve some innovative food items which are very tasty. People from various places come to taste various unique foods at affordable prices.

I am a former resident of Bavdhan, Pune and here I am staying with my grandmother for the last three years my overall experience of staying in this place is good. There is a government hospital near our locality and sometimes I take my grandfather to the hospital for his medical check-up. The hospital authority provides a very good medical facility to their patients. There is a medical store beside the hospital and people could get various necessary medicines from the medical store.

I have my residence in the locality of Bavdhan in Pune city and here I am staying with my grandfather since last year. The roads of my locality are clean and well maintained and the drainage system is also good. There is a park beside my residence and the children of my locality used to play in the park with their companions.

Some good sweet shops are situated in my locality and the sweets are very tasty and reasonably priced. But the electricity services in this area are very poor and I have faced several unexpected power cuts.

Living in Bavdhan is fantastic, and the natural beauty here is truly the biggest USP, surrounded by hills and the beautiful Pashan lake, which is why I love it. I therefore adore it. My trip is simple because Kothrud and the IT industry are linked via the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway and the NDA Road. Rent is often mid-segment and extremely inexpensive. Ryan International School and neighbouring top-notch healthcare facilities Chellaram Hospital. Though Bavdhan itself lacks a metro station, the closest one is at Vanaz. Although the region is mostly safe, two problems need resolving, we often suffer water shortages and the drainage system often causes waterlogging during the monsoons.

Bavdhan appeals me most for its excellent equilibrium between urban living and nature surrounds. The strategic placement of this region between Kothrud and Hinjewadi makes it simple for locals to get to both IT centers and central Pune. Though not exactly in the city core, Mumbai–Bangalore Highway and future Metro Line 3 offer very good links. Nearby are prestigious institutions including Ryan International and Sanskriti, medical facilities such Jupiter and Sahyadri, and shopping malls as City One and Pavilion. Due to its nearness to Baner and Hinjewadi offices, the region is secure, serene, and provides great rental returns. Ideal for families, it is encircled by verdant hills and fresh air. Still, better public transportation choices and more street lights would make life simpler.

I acquired my property in Bavdhan because of its green, mountainous scenery and excellent mix of nature and convenience provided by its strong connections via NDA Road, Paud Road, and the highway. Good upside in property value exists as schools, hospitals, and utilities are all within easy access. Though I live just minutes from stores and cafes, the peaceful terrace evenings with hill vistas are my most favourite thing. I want more rigorous management of encroachments on footpaths and roads as well as improved last-mile public transportation links to be among the points that get better. Still, I strongly advise Bavdhan as a wonderful site to own and live.

Positives: Being an owner in Bavdhan is great for my family as it offers a quiet, green setting surrounded by hills. A major benefit is the link to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and IT centres. Nearby, we have great schools such as Ryan International. The region is well-planned. Parks available create for a high standard of living.

Negatives: We have ongoing water supply problems. Hence, the quality of drinking water must be continually monitored. A major irritation is waterlogging during monsoon brought on by the inadequate drainage system. Finally, certain roads have potholes that call for quicker and better maintenance to guarantee easier travel.

Positives: Initially, I picked Bavdhan for its strategic positioning close the Mumbai-Bangalore road and convenient proximity to the Hinjewadi IT centre. Having Pashan Lake close by and mountains all around made the area feel calm and verdant. The bus terminal and the nearby metro at Vanaz Station contributed to excellent connectivity. Along with nearby Chellaram Hospital and SNBP Bavdhan school, we received great service. It was a little pricey.

Negatives: In some areas, the continuous development for several new housing projects regrettably caused a lot of air and noise pollution. The water supply was erratic. Some buildings struggled with continuous water scarcity problems, mostly during the summer.

Positives: Living in Bavdhan provides the perfect equilibrium. Hinjewadi IT Park is a brief drive from the Pune-Bangalore Highway. PMPML bus service is dependable. The closest metro is Vanaz, Ideal Colony, with a Chandni Chowk station planned. Celebrated schools such as Ryan International Academy and Suryadatta National School are nearby. Local markets abound, and we also have fantastic hospitals and leisure venues close Chandani Chowk. I like our secure community and the tranquil, verdant hillside views. Here the air quality is really excellent. Future travel will be made easier by the widening of the Bavdhan-Pashan route.

Negatives: Direct metro access is the primary service currently missing; still, internal rush-hour traffic wants betterment. It is a genuinely great buy.

Positives: I just moved to Bavdhan in west Pune and found its calm atmosphere right away appealing. Through the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway (NH-48), Paud Road, and NDA Road, the area connects smoothly to Baner, Kothrud, and Hinjawadi. Good schools such as Ryan International School and dependable hospitals nearby, along with tranquil residential lanes and lush surrounds, abound. I am at ease renting here because the price is fair for the quality, and I enjoy walking in the hills and green pockets after work.

Negatives: Having said that, some areas of this region still need work. The interior routes close to peak areas sometimes get jammed. Footway incursions make walking less fun. Bavdhan is an intelligent rental pick because of its lifestyle and connection.

Positives: I remember my days in Bavdhan with great pleasure. It was a quiet hideaway surrounded by green hills with the ideal of both worlds. My daily journey benefited greatly from the region's great connectivity to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and closeness to job centres like Baner and Kothrud. Reputed institutions, hospitals, and beautiful parks allow it to be a cozy and actually practical residential location; we never lacked anything.

Negatives: Still, my encounter underlined the difficulties of a fast-growing community. Although fresh development exploded, basic civil services trailed behind and irritated locals. Water shortages, poor monsoon drainage, peak-hour traffic congestion, and inconsistent garbage collection are the key areas that need serious work.
