Vishal Equity Services Private Limited is a Private Company incorporated in the year 1995 is one of the Companies under renowned Advance Group of Companies which is in the business since 1974 . Vishal Equity Services has been in the business of manufacturing of LPG Cylinders Since 1996 and further diversifying to repairing of old LPG Cylinders and into power service station hardware lining structures. The Company has done well in the initial year but due to change in the LPG Cylinder pricing by the oil Companies, Company reduce the manufacturing of LPG Cylinders and thereafter slowly closed and completely disposed the unit in the year 2010. The Company than changed its object Clause and name to TAK Buildtech Private Limited in the year 2014. Now the Company is in the business of Real Estate and invests in the various prestigious and attractive projects through the expertise and strength of our management team and other well motivated and highly professional Directors. And accordingly acquired/purchased a land of approx 6000 sq. yard at Mussoorie Road, Dehradun for which the Company has got all the statutory sanctions and approvals required for housing cum commercial project, after including Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja and Mr. Saurav Awal as Directors in the Company who have several years of experience in the Construction and marketing of various projects of Builder floors in Faridabad and Bhiwadi. One of the Director Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja is already unveiling Housing Project, Florenza at Bhiwadi, Haryana, in the ownership of G T B Infratech Private Limited. The initial construction activity has been started in the 1st week of February, 2015.
