Airwil Golf Green Avenue, developed by Krishan Chand Bansal and registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ9984, was officially launched on December 15, 2015, with expected completion by December 31, 2020. The project includes 7 towers and 928 residential units, such as villas, penthouses, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK apartments, ranging from 570 to 2099 sq ft across 4.96 acres.

Buyers of Airwil Intellicity, facing an insolvency case against the builder at NCLT, are contributing to cover the expenses of the interim resolution professional, raising ₹1 crore for the proceedings. The NCLT admitted the insolvency case on June 13, putting UP-RERA proceedings on hold.
