The 80% open area and nearness to the Formula 1 track are the USP. The nearest prominent landmarks are Yatharth Hospital and Narayana School. The site is secure and stays green. Right now, I am disheartened with the absence of a close metro stop. Establish streetlights and repair sector roads as soon as possible.
