Flats here are well priced, with 2 BHK flats costing approximately ₹50 to 70 lakhs, providing value for money. Negatives: Traffic jam is a frequent problem, particularly during rush hours, resulting in extended travel times. Moreover, the locality can be extremely congested, which may impact the entire living experience for some dwellers. In spite of these problems, Dwarka Mor is still an attractive proposition for value home buyers who are looking for connectivity and facilities.

Positives: I used to be apprehensive about investing in property here a couple of years ago, but it was the smartest move! The metro connectivity is the real hero. We're situated directly on the Blue Line, which makes my office trip completely hassle-free, and accessing Central Delhi is lightning quick. For a mid-segment locality, we have excellent social infrastructure as well. Local markets, such as the DDA Market, and several good schools in the vicinity, cater to all our family's requirements reasonably. Negatives: I experience the road traffic near the Najafgarh Road crossing to be heavy during peak hours, which becomes frustrating for short-distance travel. Second, the area is heavily populated with builder floors, so we don't have much open green area in comparison to the Dwarka sectors, and that absence of space can become suffocating. My husband and I are content.

Positives: I have good things to say about this area. It is affordable, and I could buy a property here for a relatively low price. Also, the road connectivity is excellent due to the ring road and lots of public transportation choices all around. The Dwarka Mor metro station is the connectivity hub for my family, and plenty of shops and other necessities are within walking distance as well. So, everything I need is already there, and my office is also not too far away in Patel Garden. Negatives: The only thing I can think of is the congestion. Traffic jams happen during the peak hours.

Positives: Having a house in Dwarka Mor, Delhi, has been a thoroughly good experience. The biggest advantage is the great connectivity—the Blue Line metro stop is literally here, and prominent roads such as Najafgarh Road make commuting very easy. Daily requirements are also sufficiently met with abundant markets, shopping centres, schools, and hospitals within reach. Pricing for housing here is relatively more affordable than in most other areas of Delhi, and thus it's a viable option for both professionals and families. The neighbourhood is friendly, and the area is secure, with good street lighting. Negatives: The only small drawback I’ve noticed is occasional traffic congestion during rush hours, but apart from that, Dwarka Mor has been a wonderful place to live.

Positives: I reside in Dwarka Mor and appreciate its down-to-earth ease of access. I travel using the Blue Line metro from Dwarka Mor, and I think trains facilitate reaching central Delhi and Noida easily. I observe decent schools, clinics and neighborhood shops along Najafgarh Road, and I frequently shop in nearby supermarkets. I observe plenty of budget-friendly projects and consistent rental demand, so I think it's convenient for families and investors. Negatives: I personally call it low-lying pockets here, waterlogging and sewage could be an issue during heavy monsoon rains, so always advise people to examine flood history and drainage in the concerned sector before purchasing.

Positives: I sell houses here and I inform customers it's a well-connected location with its own Metro station on the Blue Line and frequent bus services. I get convenient road access through Najafgarh Road and increasing connections to the Dwarka Expressway, so commutes within Delhi-NCR are fine. I see bustling local markets, schools, small hospitals and lots of affordable flats that draw in tenants and first-time buyers. I inform investors the region provides cheap alternatives and consistent demand with improving infrastructure. I am particularly fond of this lovely spot. Negatives: I usually see few green parks and little open spaces, so I instruct them to visit nearby play spaces before making a decision.

Positives: The neighborhood was ideal for me due to the unparalleled metro connectivity in the vicinity on the Blue Line. The Dwarka Mor Metro Station facilitated effortless and quick commutation within Delhi. I also preferred the value for money aspect of independent builder-floor homes there. It was a big relief from other areas of the city. Proximity to several markets, decent schools such as DPS, and hospitals made life very easy and convenient every day. Negatives: But with the fast development of the area came observable problems that tained my experience. First, the roads were sometimes too narrow, and therefore congested severely, particularly along the major Najafgarh Road. Second, parking was always a nightmare, since the dense layout of the housing left very little space. Third, the drainage network appeared to be strained, leaving areas waterlogged.
