I observe decent schools, clinics and neighborhood shops along Najafgarh Road, and I frequently shop in nearby supermarkets. I observe plenty of budget-friendly projects and consistent rental demand, so I think it's convenient for families and investors. Negatives: I personally call it low-lying pockets here, waterlogging and sewage could be an issue during heavy monsoon rains, so always advise people to examine flood history and drainage in the concerned sector before purchasing.

We just board the Blue Line and reach Connaught Place or any other important hub within no time. All the everyday needs are here; you've got nearby markets, good food points, and lots of schools and hospitals, so we don't need to venture out for anything. It's a very convenient and reasonable place to live. In my opinion, this locality is for professionals and families. Negatives: The region has very little negatives. The drainage system is a little issue in heavy rainfall is the primary issue.

I can go to Noida, Gurgaon, or central Delhi with minimal inconvenience. Schools like Delhi Public School and Green View Public School provide accessibility for families, and I have good hospitals such as Dwarka Hospital and Satya Multi Speciality nearby. There are lots of markets and little shopping malls, and I can find nearly all that I require within reach. Life here is convenient, and the area feels secure with well-lit roads. Negatives: Roads here are somewhat narrow, and some places seem congested. And room space in most of the apartments is lesser than my preference, but otherwise, life here is comfortable and functional.
Positives: I enjoy living in this beautiful location. It is located on Najafgarh Road, adjacent to Dwarka Mor metro. Convenient metro and bus connectivity, easy approach to Janakpuri and Dwarka, quality schools (DPS), hospitals, shops and plenty of builder-floors are truly great benefits. I enjoy living in this area along with my family. Negatives Many narrow roads fill up here. Parking and drainage are issues, and housing consists mostly of smaller builder-floors.
Positives: I prefer Dwarka Mor as it is highly affordable and well-developed. The metro station is so near, and traveling to my office in Noida is easy. All the markets and schools that I require are within reach, which is a major advantage. Negatives: I find the roads to be slightly narrower and traffic in the area congested during peak hours. The sizes of rooms in apartments are slightly smaller than I had anticipated, which is the only genuine disadvantage to me.

There are good schools, hospitals, and shopping complexes within easy reach, which is very convenient. Negatives: The region is quite clogged, and the roads are very narrow.
