Dwarka Mor is one of the best places to stay in Delhi, at least, if you’re looking for good connectivity. I personally travel to Connaught Place for my business every day, and the dedicated metro station is a boon in this case. Noida and Gurgaon are both accessible, and so is the IGI Airport. The area is also well-connected through the Najafgarh Road, while DTC buses are readily available. The housing rates are still less in this area, which makes it possible for many people to buy a house. It is a very functional and secure area, but it would be great if the civic administration laid emphasis on macro-scale infrastructure development, such as developing more exclusive green areas and parks.

If the above three get a boost, it will make this area an even better place to live in for me.

They need to take a serious initiative to widen the narrow internal roads and the clogged drainage system to cater to monsoon waterlogging.

Positives: I have a flat in Dwarka Mor and I enjoy its daily convenience. I have to say some positives include the Blue Line metro from Dwarka Mor, and regular buses make travelling convenient. Negatives: Nevertheless, I encounter three genuine frustrations. Traffic and narrow roads slow even short journeys, parking is sparse and disorganised, which irritates me on a daily basis, and during the monsoon, some roads and basements get severely waterlogged. Patel Garden and many other nearby localities can be accessed quite conveniently from here.

Traffic jams always happen every morning and evening. The intersection is very crowded, and it may lead to accidents at times.

It was always a very affordable and well-connected place to stay in. The Najafgarh and Dwarka Link Road were very easy to access for going to several locations. Also, the Blue Line metro helped me reach my office in Noida smoothly and even for weekend outings to Connaught Place, and all. Buses, auto-rickshaws, and cabs are all available in the neighbourhood, even till late in the night, which is another plus point. Street lighting is good, and you can quickly reach places like Uttam Nagar and Janakpuri, too. So, all in all, it’s a good package for any family, in my opinion.

One thing I can say is that the main roads are very congested. You will take some time to enter the area and reach your house. This jam is the main problem and also the blockage of the sewage line. This was very much there in my time.

Dust and noise resulting from constant expressway and metro-area construction are a problem. There is not much green area.

Negatives: Roads here are somewhat narrow, and some places seem congested. And room space in most of the apartments is lesser than my preference, but otherwise, life here is comfortable and functional.

Positives: I enjoy living in this beautiful location. It is located on Najafgarh Road, adjacent to Dwarka Mor metro. Convenient metro and bus connectivity, easy approach to Janakpuri and Dwarka, quality schools (DPS), hospitals, shops and plenty of builder-floors are truly great benefits. I enjoy living in this area along with my family. Negatives Many narrow roads fill up here. Parking and drainage are issues, and housing consists mostly of smaller builder-floors.

All the markets and schools that I require are within reach, which is a major advantage. Negatives: I find the roads to be slightly narrower and traffic in the area congested during peak hours. The sizes of rooms in apartments are slightly smaller than I had anticipated, which is the only genuine disadvantage to me.
