Otherwise safety feels nice, maintenance is good and festivals introduce vibrant culture.

Negatives: Admittedly, it's true that some of the older DDA buildings may not have super-trendy amenities, but it's a tiny trade-off for the established infrastructure and convenience of being there overall.

It's a very self-contained area with good civic facilities and a residential atmosphere safe to boot. Negatives: I have a single problem within this area, which is waterlogging during monsoons.
