Living in Mahavir Enclave is something I like; as a renter, my experience here has been great. Low rent and general affordability of the neighbourhood make me very pleased; it's a great advantage for me. The closeness of the Dashrathpuri Metro Station is game-changing for my regular trip to my office close to Janakpuri. It's also my favourite thing. Here I feel extremely secure, even coming back late. The rapid access to the principal Palam-Dabri road is my major asset. The closeness of the region to Dwarka opens many excellent eateries and marketplaces to reach. A committed public library or a superior sports facility for the kids is something missing and much required here, in my opinion.

My decision to purchase here some years ago is something I am quite pleased about; my investment seems rather valuable! Given how near Dwarka it is yet still reasonably priced for a middle-class family like mine, the area offers enormous potential.
