Via feeder services, it provides simple airport line access and is very near Palam Metro Station. Top schools for education like Springdales Dwarka are close by; the neighborhood is usually safe and well developed. For me, the great benefit has always been the excellent rental return. I adore this area and would strongly advise any potential buyer to check it out. The lack of committed parks and local green areas is one matter that has to be addressed.

Daily requirements are best met in the local markets here; Dwarka's Vegas Mall is only a short drive away. Here, I feel very safe; the pricing is a major benefit over premium Dwarka.
