I live in Koramangala, and my experiences feel lively and colourful. I enjoy tree-lined streets and café culture. I benefit from quick access to Forum Mall, St John’s Hospital, and National Public School. I feel rents are high but worth it. I face traffic noise and parking stress daily, and road digging bothers me often.

My experiences show constant demand at Koramangala. The locality is full of restaurants, offices, parks, markets and strong bus connectivity. National Public School and St. John’s Hospital are beneficial for families. I recommend this area for rental and resale value. I warn clients about traffic pressure and high property prices.

I love this location for its high-end lifestyle and prime location. Being near St. John’s Hospital and Nexus Mall is super convenient for my family. The greenery around the 3rd Block is lovely. Also, the nearby Flipkart office hub is great. However, the terrible waterlogging and constant traffic jams are major headaches.

Kormangala - is very popular locality among the youth, it is known for its Tech companines and lso for many well-known restaurants, Malls and Education Institute. The location of this mall makes it a perfect place to go and enjoy. Commuters can easy travel from places like BTM, Silk Board, Domlur, and Indira Nagar areas via public transport which is the plus point for this area. A very silent and serene location clean roads and family neighborhood.

Here I get various types of transport available at walking distance. I get the best sources of entertainment and restaurant nearby. The location mainly consists of college students. Ola & Uber are available even at night time also. There are no restrictions and objections regarding the bachelor or couple for life.

I get a luxurious, modern lifestyle and the best comforts of living in Koramangala. The locality has everything including malls, pubs, colleges, restaurants, hotels, parks, etc. The markets are within 3 km, and every single thing like masalas, fruits, and vegetables are available. The beauty of this location goes up by several notches during festivals. It's safe to go out at all times as you'll find people on the street every time.
