Chattarpur is remarkable for its combination of South Delhi's luxury farmhouse corridor and cheapness. Its location is strategic; Gurgaon has unrivalled connectivity via the Yellow Line and MG Road. Property here remains inexpensive; I predict high rental yield increases as demand grows. The uneven local garbage management and the uneven inner lane roads are two problems calling for quick solutions.
