Positives: Initially drawn to Chattarpur for it’s like a tranquil, peaceful haven in South Delhi, a striking contrast to the bustling city. The biggest benefit was the devoted Yellow Line Metro. Chattarpur station linked me immediately to IT companies near MG Road. I recall how great it was living near to Yogmaya Hospital and Surya Public School. Because of its inexpensive and connection, the region had a strong demand for rentals.

Negatives: The most serious issue was the alarming depletion of groundwater, leading to regular water shortages. I also felt anxious late at night on the internal roadways because there was almost no street illumination, which rendered the lanes unsafe.

Positives: Actually, owing to the connectivity and green cover, residing in Chattarpur as a renter has been rather satisfying. It's not very far from the heart of the city, and having the Yellow Line Metro station right here is the best thing it fast connects me to offices in Gurgaon and Saket.
