With nearby hospitals and schools, including The Shriram Millennium School, the region is family-friendly. I value the verdant setting near the farm house belt. Renting here rates are more reasonable than Saket or Vasant Kunj, yet the facilities are excellent. I feel good. Walking in the evenings near a 100-foot road and having a snack at a café is my favourite aspect.
NegativeNegatives: In certain spots, water-logging occurs during the monsoon; some interior lanes are still small and inadequately lit. Chattarpur is my general recommendation for a balanced urban life.

Chattarpur is a very good and beautiful locality. All much needed amenities are available like schools, hospitals grocery stores, gyms, salon shopping center, restaurant etc It also has a good residential and commercial spaces available at very reasonable rate. It also has a seamless connectivity which makes easy to commute to other areas as well.
Chhattarpur is a great place to live as it have well connected roads and places to hangout for every generation in a family, For older ones there is Chhattarpur Temple which is India's second largest temple and for younger ones several community parks and restaurants. The rent is way lower than nearby places like saket and Malviya Nagar.
