The community in Porwal Road, Dhanori, is pleasant. Provide parking for guests. The best element is security; no one is allowed to pass without permission. The tennis court and atmosphere are absolutely nice. Highly recommended for purchase or rental. If someone is traveling with a furry friend, this society is also pet-friendly. You can set up a specific area for your pets. I enjoy spending my evenings outside in the verdant surroundings.

Living on Porwal Road in Lohegaon is a pleasant experience. surrounded by supermarkets and an outdoor vegetable market. In actuality, it is the oldest and most notable society on Porwal Road. More than 300 homes are located there, where affluent people live. I highly recommend Pride Aashiyana to families.

Among the greatest societies on Porwal Road is this one. Pride Aashiyana offers larger residences than any other society. Even after five years of construction, all the amenities are still in good shape and are operational. The premises are maintained by society members. Upkeep is excellent. Pride Aashiyana features two entrance/exit points, which connect to the new DP road and Porwal road, respectively. I have never faced any major issues living here.

We have been staying here for the past three years with no issues. Security has always been the finest. The upkeep of society is fantastic. From my balcony, I have the most breathtaking view. It also provides an amazing view of the setting sun. There is a kid-friendly garden and plenty of parking. The chilly mountain breeze is nice. Currently, it is a short distance from Pune Station but close to Pune International Airport.

You have access to a variety of sporting facilities, such as badminton, basketball, tennis, and gyms. Also, the upkeep is done to a respectable standard. The only major issue is the awful traffic congestion caused by the society's single, narrow road connecting it to the main thoroughfare. It's not a high-rise. Just eleven levels. Most people don't find it to be an issue. Even on the lowest floors, you get a cool summer breeze.

One of the greatest communities on Porwal Road is Pride Aashiyana, which has a gym, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, and more facilities. Very nice ambience. It is my suggestion that members celebrate some of the festivals. It's always windy there, with a clean, refreshing atmosphere. Being a member of this society makes me happy. People who work from home will find the environment to be peaceful and comfortable.

A nice community with lots of facilities for a happy lifestyle, such as gardens, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. The locals are quite passionate. This year, Ganeshotsav was celebrated with amazing enthusiasm! The problem is Porwal Road, a narrow, galli-style street that becomes extremely busy on weekends and during rush hour! Work is being done on new DP roads. This problem will be resolved. It is preferable to have an inverter installed.
