    Having watched the neighbourhood for years, I selected Moshi and this project. For my investing attitude, Nexus Prime Square seems suitable. I appreciate the subdued atmosphere of my first visit. The project is structured. I trust the builder for timely work and appropriate quality. Schools like SNBP are close, as are hospitals. Currently, I am not living here. Later on I am arranging rentals. With a strong community, I believe safety is quite good. Future demand will be aided by highway connectivity. Shops and medical stores have already shut down. Fresh air comes from green spots surrounding us. The region still seems open. Internal road finishing and more nearby garbage management are among my worries. That calls for improvement. All things considered, this seemed like a wise option for long-term holding.

Lack of an adequate public garden or big recreational area and heavy traffic on the major highway are two local problems needing addressing.

    After several site inspections, I decided on Nexus Prime Square as an investment. The initiative appears to me well-designed and clean. I appreciate the open spaces and basic building design. I think this field fits long-range objectives. The road access to Dehu Alandi Road and the Bhosari MIDC side appeals to me. Regarding good quality work and straightforward documentation, I trust the builder. The project unique selling proposition for me is daily requirements close by in serene surroundings. DMart Moshi and local marketplaces are nearby. Reachable hospitals include Yashwantrao Chavan and Aditya Birla. Metro work at the Nigdi side seems rather good. I believe this neighborhood is green and safe. In certain internal routes, I am upset about the inadequate street illumination. Quick attention is required for this.

More regular public transit, however, would boost convenience; social entertainment centers nearby are still scarce and need faster expansion.
