    Negatives: Three domains needing rapid improvement, however, frequently affect my daily life. Given the Kalyan Junction railway station is right here and the future Thane-Kalyan Metro is intriguing, the connectivity is great. Nearby are Meera Hospital and Podar International School, two of our outstanding facilities. Our property value is also constantly increasing, hence this is a wise investment.

    Negatives: Still, I have a few irritating problems. The worst is the heavy traffic congestion on the main roads during peak hours. It causes everything to be slowed down. Parking may also be a major hassle. We have to arrange considerably more parking possibilities in the residential areas.
