Positives: Outer Ring Road and Rohtak Road has for good connectivity , and two metro stops Paschim Vihar East and West allowing easy connectivity to other locations. The Heritage School and Mount Abu Public School, and health care units including Action Balaji Hospital and Maharaja Agrasen Hospital close by. The locality is also dotted with a number of shopping complexes such as Pacific Mall and City Centre. District Park and Shivaji Park, Paschim Vihar has enough green areas for recreation. Negatives: Traffic jams, particularly during peak periods. Moreover, although the area is well connected by public transport, certain areas can be found lacking in terms of waste management and sanitation, and this affects the overall hygiene.

Positives: I shifted to Paschim Vihar a couple of years back and I felt like home having a property there. The area is well-planned with broad streets, lots of green cover, and parks for walks during the evening. There are good schools, hospitals, and markets in easy reach, and the metro connectivity makes traveling throughout Delhi hassle-free. Local markets such as Paschim Vihar Market and malls close by offer everyday convenience, and the surrounding has a friendly, community-like atmosphere. Negatives: On the flip side, traffic at busy roads becomes heavy during rush hours, and some of the older lanes get waterlogged during monsoons. These are minor drawbacks otherwise, as I absolutely love staying here. The peaceful atmosphere, safety, and proximity to basic services make Paschim Vihar an excellent destination to live in with the family.

Positives: There are plenty of upsides to living here. It’s arguably West Delhi’s most posh locality, and you will see this with your eyes as you see the Western side. The Eastern side, built by the DDA, is also decent enough. The Outer Ring Road is the main connectivity lifeline here with the metro. The Paschim Vihar West metro station is very close to my house, and that’s why I invested here. The Jwala Heri Market is also quite close by. Negatives: Costs are on the higher side, and lifestyle costs have gone up over the years. That’s the only thing I can think of. Also, too many private builders are coming into the picture.

Positives: The most positive aspect of this place is the connectivity—it's properly connected by the Western Railway line, and with the soon-to-be-launched Metro Line 2, traveling around the city will be even more convenient. Day-to-day living here is extremely comfortable because everything is within reach. I also enjoy the greenery and space around; there are quite a number of parks where families can unwind and kids can play. The place is safe as well, with constant policing at night, and the residents here are friendly and hospitable. Negatives: The only minor problem is traffic jams during rush hour, but really, that comes with living in Mumbai. Overall, Borivali West provides me with a balanced lifestyle of comfort, safety, and convenience.

Positives: I have lived in a house in Paschim Vihar for years now, and I can assure you it is an amazing area to reside. The locality is highly connected with the Outer Ring Road and metro points at both Paschim Vihar East and West. It helps me to travel easily across the city. We possess very good schools and hospitals, so you don't have to venture far for anything consequential. On top of that, the Jawala Heri market is a one-stop market for everything you'll ever need. The area is filled with gardens and parks and thus has a peaceful, serene atmosphere. Negatives: The one thing that concerns me is the mosquito problem during certain months due to the proximity of drains.

Positives: It is surely one of the best places in West Delhi. As an agent, I have observed many clients satisfied with Paschim Vihar. There is good connectivity here, with both the Outer Ring Road and the Green Line of the Metro making it convenient to move around. The social infrastructure is also first-class, with great schools, medical centers such as Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, and the renowned Jwala Heri Market all within easy distance. The sheer number of parks and green areas is a major plus. Also, it is a very family-oriented neighborhood. Negatives: Still, at times, the supply of electricity tends to be a little problematic with frequent power outages.
