Conscient Hines elevat has been a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have been enjoying using all such amenities for first. All basic ATM, facility is there and overall locality is also safe and secure. Only some water gets stuck during monsoon but otherwise area is nice with all grocery stores, and pharmacy nearby. Conscient Hines elevat is nearby and connectivity lifeline for us while going to office. Those working from home will not face any noise disturbance due to peaceful surrounding and good mobile network.

Conscient Hines Elevate is in the mid-stage now. Its location is the prime attraction for me as it is close to my office. 3 BHK Flats are available here at a minimum price of Rs 2.42 Cr which is not too much considering its location and spacious designs of rooms.
