Apartments, hospital shopping malls, and universities have huge parking spaces. I think markets, shopping malls, hospitals, banks, and post-office are very close to the center of the green park. From my viewpoint, the main issue is a traffic jam during office hours.

I think the green park is a posh area which is a good place for picnics and get-togethers. The availability and accessibility of the bus, trains, and cabs are pretty easy because of demand and popularity. Even the roads of this place are clean and more well maintained than other streets in south Delhi. The area of this place is fully secure because of the security guards and CCTV surveillance.
