There is a metro station that you can use on the Blue Line, and I use it to quickly reach my office in Noida. Connaught Place, which many regard as the city centre, is also easily accessible via the metro network. Vikas Marg and Noida Link Road are also available for smooth road connections, while buses and other public transportation are also present here in the locality, even at late hours of the night. Negatives: The only minor drawback I find is the traffic jam during rush hour, which can be frustrating at times. Other than that, Laxmi Nagar is convenient, happening, and has everything I need within reach.
Positives: Living in Laxmi Nagar has its own energy. Being a tenant, I have to say, the highlight is how convenient this spot is. The metro stop is just there, and all you want is within walking distance. It has coaching centers, cloth and electronics markets, and eateries. It's really convenient and feels relatively safe in the evenings. Negatives: On the downside, it's certainly not a peaceful location. The region is extremely crowded, and the traffic is a nightmare due to the narrow lanes. The drainage system is also a big issue, particularly during rains when waterlogging occurs. Although there are some parks, I wish they had more park areas where one could simply relax and unwind.
Positives: Having lived there, I know what the area was like. It was a busy area, and I used to feel that everything was accessible. The connectivity by metro was excellent; it was so convenient getting from one place to another in Delhi. I also enjoyed the fact that it was a big hub for every type of coaching centre, and there was always something happening in the market, with so many cheap places to eat and shop. Negatives: The area wasn't ideal. The location was too congested, and the small roads always made me nervous about moving around. The worst issue I had was the inadequate infrastructure. There were instances where the drainage would be clogged, and that was a complete mess.
Positives: I always suggest this wonderful place to clients who are seeking value and convenience in East Delhi. The connectivity here is excellent; since it's on the Blue Line, you're only one stop away from Yamuna Bank, and it brings you to almost all of Delhi and Noida. The most wonderful thing is that everything one needs is available here. It's a huge coaching and commercial center. We have all kinds of markets and food stalls at every corner. It actually feels like a city in a city. Negatives: The only thing to bear in mind, though, is that the neighborhood is densely populated. Occasionally that level of urban concentration can stress things such as the sewage system. Apart from that, the location has everything.
Positives: Laxmi Nagar is indeed the epicentre of East Delhi, and I always tell my customers it's a centre of opportunity. The area is a goldmine for young professionals and students. The metro connectivity is excellent, with the Laxmi Nagar metro station making it simple to move around Delhi and even to Noida for business. The location is a huge business hub, renowned for its coaching centres and electronics bazaar, so all you ever require is at your doorstep. It is an extremely practical option for a convenient, busy lifestyle. Negatives: I have observed that the drainage system can be problematic, resulting in waterlogging on heavy monsoon days.

It's certainly a busy area, and sometimes the infrastructure can't cope with the number of people.

It is safe at night as there are people everywhere. Negatives: The drainage here is quite poor. The streets become very dirty during the rainy season. And with the unexpected constructions, the area could feel rather claustrophobic.
Positives This area is well connected with crowded shopping and a coaching hub (numerous CA/CMA/CS centres). Metro stops (Laxmi Nagar, Nirman Vihar), Vikas Marg and Noida link help travel easily. Schools, hospitals and V3S mall are near my residence. Negatives: The region experiences drainage overflow in the monsoon season. The neighbourhood is densely populated, and intermittent safety concerns are a problem for us.

The Blue Line metro and buses make it convenient to travel, it's near Anand Vihar/Noida, and there are lots of coaching centers, mobile shops, malls and hospitals around. Negatives: It is extremely congested with tight streets and dense traffic, overflow of drainage and problems of hygiene, a few safety issues. Parking and noise are typical issues.
Positives: Was renting here for some time when I first moved to Delhi and joined CA coaching. Yes, it's that classic area of Capital City where there are so many students and all for CA and CS coaching. Many classes and centers here and that's the vibe of the place. Young people are always here and pretty affordable in terms of PGs, flat rentals, etc. Many eateries to cater to locals and students with good North Indian food at reasonable rate and connectivity-wise, metro network is the main lifeline and buses are also available. You can visit Akshardham in only a few minutes as we did and you can also buy the garments and accessories at pretty low prices from local stores, while V-Mart and East Delhi Mall are also accessible. Negatives: See, mostly when I was a student, the area was mostly perfect for me. I will only deduct few points for the huge crowd of people very day. It is hard to manage and also water crisis during summer at times. Some stretches need urgent road repair also and there is lot of pollution from local establishments.

My experience has been okay. Google map doesn't show exact location. So it's difficult for cab driver/delivery person to find your location. No parks nearby. Lots of nearby shops for day to day needs, good connectivity with metro and bus. Near Noida if you work there.
Laxmi nagar is a very densly populated . It has actually got a kind of multi functional mini city kind of facilities varying from variety of coachings and variety of shops ranging from stationary to flats. Laxminagar has got a very very good facilities of rental and residential facilities in the form of pg and flats. The area us a bit expensive but the amount of money is worth the services. The main shops and coachings are near the laxminagar metro station because of which it is very much convenient for the students . The only problem in the area is the noise of traffic sometimes because the flats etc they are near the main road and the are is filled with quite rush. There are good facilities of streetlights and sidewalls which makes it safer for the women during night. The police station is also very near the main residential area which makes the area maintained in law and order.

This place is popular with students for affordable residual areas. This place is full of illegal constructions with a lack of proper drainage and overflowing sewage.
I have been living in this place for 9 long years. This area is a residential colony in East Delhi, situated on Vikas Marg. It is a very nice and beautiful locality and the best location for living. This place has all the facilities with ATMs, hospitals, schools, local markets, and a police station. The one problem is the drainage problem is poor due to its unplanned urban growth.
