Saket, Delhi Reviews

For me, Saket stands unique since it combines great healthcare and shopping facilities with great civil services. Saket's Yellow Line metro offers quick connections to central Delhi. Large malls like Select CITYWALK and excellent hospitals such Max. It sustain rental demand are found in the District Centre. Families moving here feel comfortable since there are several well-known universities in and around Saket. Saket is likely to remain attractive as a result of forthcoming metro expansions and more general urban mobility initiatives. From my perspective better parking management close to commercial areas and easier traffic flow throughout peak hours are two areas to be improved. For long-term worth and simplicity, I frequently suggest Saket.

I lately moved to Saket and find great enjoyment in living here. For south Delhi, I believe it is rather important. To get to work on schedule, I take the Saket metro and autos. I observe that drainage works fine on main highways, albeit some little side streets are sluggish after really intense rainfall. Most amazing is how many hospitals, marketplaces, and coffee shops are nearby my house. Short shopping excursions to Select CITYWALK and evening strolls at the Garden of Five Senses appeal to me. Schools and courts in the region's centre are easily reachable if necessary. For a decent life as well as city access, I advise this lovely endeavour.

I am glad I invested in Saket here. The region is very well linked. For daily travel, I employ local buses and the Saket metro on the Yellow Line. We find it simple because supermarkets and markets are close by. Quick weekend excursions let me reach Select CITYWALK and the Garden of Five Senses. When we need it, Max Super Specialty Hospital is shut down. Near my home, the streets are clean and have tiny parks for evening strolls. With optimism, I follow the civic projects and new metro extensions of the city since they will increase value. Main roads are patrolled by the police, which keeps me safe. Peak-hour traffic and parking close to crowded streets are what I worry most about.

Positives: I relocated to Saket since it seems central and busy. I can say shopping is made simple by Select CITYWALK and the regional centre. I feel the metro really makes my daily commute easier. Buses and taxis provide cover for areas the metro misses. In an emergency, Max Hospital and other facilities are easily accessible. In Saket, office centres and managed workplaces ensure the nearby employment of many people.

Negative

Negatives: Although living here is not the cheapest, the comfort is worth it. I may declare that more public bathrooms and street cleaning require immediate action. On the whole, Saket strikes me as calm and optimistic.

Positives: Living in Saket makes me quite happy. My preferred hangout is Select CITYWALK and the cafe strip nearby. Comfort for family life takes top emphasis for me. The area has plenty of restaurants, movies, and excellent shopping. With adjacent Saket and Malviya Nagar Yellow Line stations, Metro access is really convenient. Small journeys are adequately covered by buses and vehicles. When we require assistance, Max Super Speciality Hospital is close by. Good schools and tuition centres are accessible. I adore the secure, somewhat luxurious atmosphere and little green patches surrounding. Since demand for rentals remains high, yields seem stable.

Negative

Negatives: I am concerned about a lack of parking and several streets needing improved cleanliness. Being here really makes me feel good.

Positives: Saket was positively a luxurious neighbourhood. Occasionally it seemed too hectic for me. The best aspect was its self-contained nature. Almost my own backyard were the Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue malls. This was rather amazing. The connectivity at the Saket Metro Station was great. With Max Super Speciality Hospital, we also enjoyed excellent medical care. It costs, of course, but you get access to nearby employment centres like the Saket District Centre.

Negative

Negatives: Every single day, traffic gridlock on M.B. Road was a nightmare. The inconsistent water supply was sometimes quite irritating. Additionally, obvious was the subpar maintenance of the water pipes. The air quality felt bad, and I feel it so needs work.

Positives: Here, the Yellow Line station enables our easy daily commute with direct metro access. Although rental rates are definitely premium, the extreme ease justifies it. The finest feature is the Garden of Five Senses. It is the most reviving zone when I need a rest. Quiet, lush areas are the best Major benefits of having close access to important amenities like Select Citywalk and Max Hospital are. One assumes good access to shopping and eating while one resides here. This established colony's structure is strong.

Negative

Negatives: I think better control of the terrible traffic, especially near the shopping centers, is needed to increase flow. Also, I observe that water supply can also be inconsistent or low-pressure in the older residential structures.

Positives: For five amazing years now, I have lived in Saket as a pleased neighbour. The amazing connectivity is what I like the most. Both the Saket and Malviya Nagar Metro Stations are nearby, and I always feel safe around day and night. Near Apeejay School and Max Super Specialty Hospital as well as Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, we are covered for amenities. The lovely Garden of Five Senses is our special getaway. In the DDA parks, we enjoy amazing greenery. It is a great urban centre.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly close to the Select Citywalk area, the heavy traffic congestion and disorderly parking need a committed public bus link the residential areas straight to the metro stations.

Positives: Close by Pride Multispecialty Hospital and VIIT College as well as Sinhgad City School are easily accessible. Our special leisure venue is the exquisite ISKCON Temple. Although the closest metro is Swargate, the planned Katraj-Kondhwa road widening project guarantees much better future connecting. Furthermore, offering a tranquil atmosphere, the region has a great blend of vegetation. With excellent services and constant growth, Kondhwa is a lively, diverse centre.

Negative

Negatives: Especially on the inside side streets, we must urgently modify the erratic garbage collection process. I think we also require a decent, committed metro feeder system to smoothly link us to the Swargate station.

Positives: Reflecting the affluent population, Saket's prime South Delhi position promises a high and steady rental return, so I chose to dwell there. With the Saket and Malviya Nagar stops offering flawless city access, the closest metro connectivity is excellent. Including DTC buses and auto-rickshaws, local public transportation is quite effective. With well-known schools and Max Super Specialty Hospital nearby, my favourite part is the concentration of excellent healthcare and education. Though land acquisition is obviously not inexpensive, I feel quite urbanized and secure here.

Negative

Negatives: The regular and alarming inconsistency in some DDA areas regarding the water supply is my main worry. Though night safety is usually adequate, better upkeep of faulty water lines is much needed.

Positives: Being a top, self-sufficient administrative and business center in South Delhi is what sets Saket apart. Surrounded by great social and commercial infrastructure, my life here is privileged. Here I like the density of luxury shopping malls like Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue. Undoubtedly the simplest connectivity is the Delhi Metro Yellow Line, with the Saket Metro Station facilitating travel. The amazing aspect is the abundance of green in the nearby DDA residential block parks and the nearness to the gorgeous Garden of Five Senses.

Negative

Negatives: Two things, though, disgust me and have to change. One big everyday problem is constant traffic congestion, especially near the District Centre. Roadside parking is usually chaotic; improved organization is therefore vital.

Positives: Saket is a premium, posh area where renting is not cheap. The spot, however, offers great amenities. With the close Saket Metro Station, connection is great. I often travel the lovely Garden of Five Senses. For necessities, Max Super Speciality Hospital is nearby as well as excellent shopping at Select Citywalk and Sri Aurobindo College. The constant commercial improvement of the District Centre indicates this region is always changing.

Negative

Negatives: Poor air quality is something we always have to struggle with together with heavy traffic. The absence of enough public parking and the often unexpected inconsistency in the water supply which is intolerable for such a premium location. The neighbourhood desperately needs public developments.

Full of green and tranquillity, Saket was the ultimate elegant and secure South Delhi experience. Convenient road access to all areas of the city is provided by M.B. Road, and Saket Metro Station nearby is on the Yellow Line. Among our excellent amenities were renowned schools like Amity International School and Max Super Specialty Hospital. Entertainment for me came mostly from the popular Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue shopping centres, which were essentially my backyard. The great traffic congestion and bad road parking behaviors frequently caused delays. The regular and uneven water supply problems we occasionally ran across in the apartment complexes. It was absolutely a self-sustaining centre for the ideal urban life.

Positives: Saket gave a really high-end Delhi lifestyle. Living there made me feel absolutely safe and secure. The connectivity was the main benefit. With the Yellow Line's Saket Metro Station nearby, city transit was very simple. Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue featured every kind of shopping and entertainment you can think of. Top-tier healthcare access, especially Max Super Speciality Hospital, was available. Schools like Gyan Bharati were easily reached.

Negative

Negatives: The traffic jam was a continuous issue that made local errands take far more time than required. We battled water shortages, which was rather annoying for such a premium region. Common sights during the monsoon season were waterlogging and obstructed roads caused by the poor drainage.

I picked this area mostly for its great connection to Delhi's employment hubs. Perfect for office closeness to the Saket District Centre and simple travel to Gurgaon. Though this is a premium rental range, the convenience makes it worthwhile. From the markets to the well-known malls, everything I need is within reach. South Delhi has what I believe to be a great spot in Saket. The combination of local flora and city life attracts me. Fast transit fits perfectly with the Saket Metro Station. In this rich neighborhood, safety is often adequate. The bad peak-hour traffic on M.B. Road worries us. Calling this premier South Delhi home is really exciting.

The calm surroundings and the urban, finely crafted housing blocks appeal greatly to me. I chose Saket for its great position and guaranteed property value appreciation. Nearby Max Hospital and schools such as Amity International make daily life simple. With the Select Citywalk mall only a few minutes away, refreshing is wonderful. Thanks to the Saket Metro Station, transportation in this area is great. I believe the poor maintenance of the water pipes and sporadic supply problems need to be fixed. Here, the opulent lifestyle is absolutely exceptional for South Delhi.

For anyone wanting an opulent lifestyle in South Delhi, I would strongly advise Saket. Boasting excellent social and shopping infrastructure, including elite malls such Select Citywalk and top medical facilities like Max Super Speciality Hospital, this is a premium, very safe neighborhood. Excellent connectivity guarantees simple access to all business centers, including the nearby Saket District Centre and a smooth trip to Gurgaon, with its own Yellow Line Metro stop. With carefully kept residential blocks and gorgeous parks, the region is really independent and scenic. On the main routes, traffic, however, is a persistent problem; sporadic reports of water supply inconsistency call for municipal authorities' attention. Here is where South Delhi's opulent lifestyle really shines.

Positives: The premium atmosphere of the area and its amazing convenience immediately appealed to me. The Yellow Line's Saket Metro Station made my work travel simple because it offered great Delhi-NCR connection and the surrounding Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue malls were ideal for entertainment. With Max Super Speciality Hospital close and renowned schools like Gyan Bharati, the area was well-established, guaranteeing high rental demand.

Negative

Negatives: Some internal infrastructure had to be updated, including particularly the ancient water lines. There were times when our water supply was intermittent, and some low-lying regions experienced waterlogging during intense rainfall. Better civic upkeep of the initial DDA flats and superior drainage always meant expectations.
