I have been living in Surajpur, Greater Noida for many years now and I find this place convenient, having all the required facilities. The roads are well-maintained and the neighborhoods are beautifully planned. However, I worry about the safety of this place, especially at night.

The development around this place is pedestrian friendly with landscape linkages and abundant green areas. This place has also been made energy efficient with modern features like rainwater harvesting, solar-powered street lamps, wastewater recycling, and similar. It is an IT park that offers outstanding architecture.

The residential locality of Surajpur, Greater Noida, is very beautiful and well- connected to the prime locations of the city. The roads are well connected by buses, trains, and other public transports making this place ideal for residential use. Banks and ATMs are also available around residential neighborhoods. One of the problems which are prevalent in this locality is waterlogging during the rainy seasons. This is otherwise a good place to live in.

It has undergone significant development for residential purposes and therefore there is a growing number of shopping complexes and groceries around the locality. Some of the neighborhoods are posh and have all modern amenities. Route connectivity is also good.

It offers a premium residential experience and there has been a massive infrastructural development within the locality. There are several places of interest for spending your weekends.
