Godrej Project in sector 12 was always an appealing proposition for family. Wife urged to invest and I followed her lead. This is because we need more space and live nearby on rent now. Pricing and developer support are both good and we already know the area having stayed here for so many years.
I can recommend this project to my clients. Godrej Properties is one of India's biggest developers and Sector 12 in Noida Extension will benefit from Aqua line metro, Peripheral Road, and many other projects. Developer is offering fair price point and great amenities, while the DPS and Shri Ram Global School are also nearby.
First thing is that the link road is only a few meters from the project. So, connectivity-wise, I will find it easier to reach my office in Yotta data center park nearby. Also, there are malls, schools, and hospitals that you can reach in 25-30 minutes from the project site as I found.
See I invested because the developer is Godrej. So value will always be there in the future. Location-wise, Sector 12 makes sense, since metro expansion and other road work is going on. I am also excited being slightly closer to Town Central than my current home.
Prime location in my opinion at this price point. Aqua Line metro extension will make it a hot property and I am booking now to benefit from lower prices. They will increase very fast in future. Developer is also Godrej so brand value will be huge. Also, the connectivity to schools and hospitals will bring more families I feel.
The vibrant clubhouse atmosphere is excellent for community gatherings. I love this project.
Sports courts and EV charging are a bonus. But expensive for a Noida-extension project.
Pool and gym appear world class. Didn't get to see sample parking plan, parking area ambiguous.
Lovely themed gardens and yoga areas bring serenity to congested Greater Noida.
I admire Godrej's brand reputation and project location provides great road connectivity. Clubhouse, spa, with smart‑home features are a huge draw.
