Good developer, good price, and good amenities. Happy to inves here. But little worried about last-mile connectivity since metro is slightly far and many other amenities need to be there in area. But school, hospital, mall are all nearby so hopeful that it becomes A-list area soon.
Everything was likeable for me here. Sobha developer is very big company. They give a confidence and price of project is fair. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is running near the site and the LInk Road will help you access many areas faster also. Good investment I feel.
See, Delta 1 and Pari Chowk metros are not close by, but they are not very far away. Closeness to Yamuna Expressway is the main USP and I found that my office can be reached in just 30 minutes from here. This was a big deal for me and also the amenities they are offering. Went ahead as a result.
Was excited about finally buying a home in Greater Noida and Sector 36 seemed like the perfect option. Took site tour and explored the area. It was very easy to get to Yamuna Expressway or the Greater Noida Link Road. Venice Mall is also nearby and this is another incentive.
