NILAY SQUARE offers structured flexi payment plans tailored to different property types within the development. Buyers can choose the Flexi Payment Plan 50:25:25 for Luxury Furnished Studios and Ground Floor Shops, or the Flexi Payment Plan 50:50 designed for the first floor, second floor and offices.
Each plan requires an initial booking amount of 10 percent, followed by 40 percent within 45 days of booking. The remaining balance is aligned with construction milestones or possession, depending on the selected unit type.
- For Luxury Furnished Studios and Ground Floor Shops, a milestone of 25 percent is due on completion of the super structure, with the final 25 percent plus other charges payable at the time of offer of possession.
- For offices and units on the first and second floors, the final 50 percent plus other charges is due upon the offer of possession.
- Additional charges include an electric meter and power backup charge of Rs 20,000 Per KVA, which is applicable on possession.
- Government taxes including GST, registration charges and stamp duty are payable extra by the buyer as per applicable norms.
