For the great appreciation potential close to the Yamuna Expressway, I picked this Sigma III location and the magnificent Godrej Arden development by Godrej Properties. As an investor, I am most drawn to the luxurious resort-style motif and the infinity pool. From what I see, the builder's work in Noida has been outstanding so far. Future renters would benefit from the current proximity of fundamental amenities such as Fortis Hospital and Greater Noida World School. Long-term capital growth is my investment strategy, particularly as the subway line gets more extensive. This gated development is a major benefit for safety. My primary worry is the sluggish retail market growth right outside the gates of the industry.
