VARDHMAN Group announced Alfa Square, a commercial project in Alpha Sector, Greater Noida, covering approximately 5 lakh sq. ft., offering shops (starting from ₹7,500/sq. ft. to ₹13,900/sq. ft.) and office spaces (₹6,500/sq. ft. from 4th to 15th floors) with amenities like a business center, food court, gym, basement parking, and assured returns of 12% until possession. The project is located on a three-sided corner plot along Surajpur Kasna Road, near Pari Chowk and opposite Jaypee Golf Course.

Vardhman Alpha Square is a project spread over 2.6 acres and Alpha Square was built keeping in mind the purchase and wishes of Alpha Sector Commercial Project in Greater Noida. The NCLT directed the applicant to demonstrate how the threshold for maintainability was met, requiring an affidavit indicating the number of allottees and relevant documents. The applicant stated that the minimum threshold under Section 7(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, should be based on the number of allotments/units, not the number of allottees.

The NCLT revived a Section 7 application for CIRP against Vardhman Infradevelopers Private Limited for the Vardhman Alfa Square project, following an order from the NCLAT. The application was filed on behalf of 119 allottees, holding 248 units in the project located in Sector Alpha-I, Greater Noida. The commercial project has 929 commercial units based on approved maps from GNIDA.

Vardhman Infra Build Private Limited allegedly defrauded around 500 buyers by launching a project named Royal Walkway near Jagat Farm in Greater Noida. The project is fully constructed, and the builder has taken full payment but is not giving possession to the buyers.
