Stellar Group is a name to reckon with in the real estate and industrial property development market in Noida, Greater Noida and the National Capital Region of Delhi. Stellar Ventures Pvt Ltd was set up in the year 1996 and is the flagship entity of the entire Group. This company undertakes realty development and construction in the above mentioned regions. Stellar Group also has an active presence in other sectors such as hospitality, information technology, banking and edutainment among others. The entire portfolio of constructed property by Stellar Group covers in excess of 2 million sq ft spanning commercial, residential and industrial segments. The Group is also on track towards developing approximately 6 million sq ft in a period of three years. The Group operates the exclusive club named The Stellar Gymkhana and the multicuisine restaurant Binge. The Group also has its own hospitality management training centre at Greater Noida along with the Citizen Co-Operative Bank at Noida which has earned its license from the Reserve Bank of India and possesses 12 branches in the NCR region. The Group has also developed the Stellar Children’s Museum which is the country’s first ever edu-recreational museum designed for 2-8 year olds inside Gurgaon’s Ambience Mall.
