Future Estate (Phase-fe-1) was registered with UP RERA on August 14, 2017, with project ID UPRERAPRJ7361. The project is located in Sector 1, Greater Noida (West), Aimnabad, Uttar Pradesh.

On June 4, 2023, homebuyers of the Hemisphere housing project in Greater Noida's Sector 27 protested against a six-year delay in delivering their units. The developer, Royalgolf Link City Projects Private Limited, launched the project in 2015-2016, promising completion in three-and-a-half years, but construction has been halted for six years.

On March 20, 2025, the Supreme Court directed the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to cooperate with homebuyers in reviving an abandoned housing project. The court instructed the Authority to provide financial details to help determine proportional charges for each homebuyer.

A video published on August 26, 2025, discussed upcoming residential projects in Greater Noida West, including projects by Sobha Realty in Sector 1, Ashtech in Sector 12, and NBCC Leisure Valley Phase 2 in Techzone 4. These projects are in the planning stage with RERA approvals pending.

On December 3, 2025, the Greater Noida Authority granted in-principle approval to appoint co-developers for two stalled real estate projects in Sectors 10 and 1 under the UP government's policy for stuck projects. Birla Estates was approved as a co-developer for a stalled project by Nobal Buildtech in Sector 10.

On December 17, 2025, UPSIDA sealed nine unsold flats in Shivalik Homes and stopped their sale and purchase to press for compliance regarding unpaid dues. The developer, Cosmos Infraestate Private Limited, owes around ₹1.8 crore in lease rent to UPSIDA.

On February 9, 2026, at least 350 homebuyers of Shivalik Homes Society in Greater Noida warned they would intensify their agitation over delays in flat registration. The residents, who moved into their homes between 2015 and 2017, lack occupancy and completion certificates, as well as registered sale deeds.

On February 2, 2026, the Supreme Court upheld the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution proceedings against Bhasin Infotech and Infrastructure Private Limited and Grand Venezia Commercial Towers Private Limited, reinforcing the rights of homebuyers and commercial allottees. The case originated from a 2021 petition filed by 141 allottees of the Grand Venezia Commercial Tower in Greater Noida.

On February 11, 2026, the Supreme Court upheld corporate insolvency proceedings against two real estate companies linked to a stalled commercial project in Greater Noida, dismissing appeals by their former directors. The case was initiated by over 140 allottees who said possession was promised years ago but the project remained incomplete and unusable.
