Skytech Colours Avenue in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, was relaunched in 2024 after a period of stalled development due to unfavorable market conditions and fund crises. The project received a boost from SWAMIH funding in September 2023, which is expected to ensure completion and delivery within the next two to three years. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments with various sizes and efficient floor plans, and it is promoted by Rakesh Chawla and Mayank Chawla.

Residents of Shri Radha Sky Garden Society in Greater Noida West protested for basic facilities, alleging that the builder has not completed the work related to basic amenities despite demanding and complaining for the last 5 to 6 years. The residents claim the society lacks fire fighting equipment, has seepage in the basement, and an incomplete clubhouse.

The UP-RERA conciliation forum ensured a refund of invested funds and repayment of a bank loan to Ajay Kumar Gupta, an allottee in Skytech Colour Avenue, being developed by Jatasya Promoters in Greater Noida West. The allottee received a refund with interest for the delay period and was relieved of EMI liabilities. The promoter agreed to pay Rs. 17.50 lakh, including the refund and home loan, after the allottee filed a complaint in 2021 due to prolonged delays, with the proposed possession date being July 2019.

Noida residents from 32 housing societies protested on February 9 over long-pending property registries, with around one lakh property registries pending in Noida.
