The project is registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ2537 and comprises 5 towers with 711 residential units, including 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments, ranging from 635 to 1475 square feet across 4.44 acres.

The New Delhi Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted a plea to start insolvency proceedings against Unibera Developers after the company failed to pay Mahi Buildhome ₹6.14 crore for civil works in its Greater Noida project. Ashok Kumar Jalan was appointed as the insolvency resolution professional (IRP).

850 Homebuyers in Greater Noida West Finally Receive Flats After 5-Year Legal Battle

Around 850 homebuyers of a condominium in Greater Noida West will get their homes, five years after filing a case at the National Company Law Tribunal when all they could see at the project site were the bare concrete frames of towers. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) recently issued occupancy certificates (OCs) for the flats at RG Luxury Homes in Sector 16B, which were completed under the supervision of an insolvency resolution professional (IRP) but with the original developer staying at the helm.

Supreme Court upholds insolvency proceedings against real estate firms for Greater Noida project

The Supreme Court upheld the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution proceedings against real estate firms Bhasin Infotech and Infrastructure Private Limited and Grand Venezia Commercial Towers Private Limited, reinforcing the rights of homebuyers and commercial allottees. A bench of Justices Sanjay Kumar and K Vinod Chandran dismissed appeals filed by former directors, stating the developers failed to deliver functional units and misled the court regarding project completion. The case originated from a 2021 petition by 141 allottees of the Grand Venezia Commercial Tower in Greater Noida, who alleged that possession was promised by May 2013, but the units were unfit for occupation and lacked a completion certificate.
