Tulip Infratech Takes Over Stalled Vipul Aarohan Project

DTCP approved the takeover of the stalled Aarohan project on Golf Course Road by Tulip Infratech from Vipul Limited. Tulip Infratech plans to invest Rs 3,000 crore to revive the project as an ultra-high-end residential project with over 1,000 units and two commercial buildings, with phase 1 (390 units) to be completed by 2026. 272 homebuyers who booked with Vipul Limited will be accommodated at the original price.

Buyers protest against builder in Gurgaon

Over 200 residents of M3M Golf Estate in Sector 65 protested against the builder, alleging unilateral decisions, non-disclosure and misuse of the interest-free maintenance security (IFMS) fund, and a hike in common area maintenance (CAM) and common area electricity (CAE) charges. M3M refuted the allegations, stating the community is managed by its resident welfare association (RWA).
