Over 200 residents of M3M Golf Estate in Sector 65 protested against the builder, alleging unilateral decisions, non-disclosure and misuse of the interest-free maintenance security (IFMS) fund, and a hike in common area maintenance (CAM) and common area electricity (CAE) charges. M3M refuted the allegations, stating the community is managed by its resident welfare association (RWA).

Hundreds of homebuyers of the Capital Gateway housing project in Sector 111, Gurgaon, protested against prolonged delays, regulatory lapses and lack of effective oversight by authorities. The homebuyers urged Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) to review the approvals granted to the project, have time-bound hearings and ensure strict enforcement of provisions under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
