After seeing several places, I picked this one as well, the Conscient Hines Elevate Reserve project. I'm only an investor here. The calm atmosphere drew me most. I was confident with the building combination. I admired their design philosophy and final standards. Sector 62 seemed less chaotic. Schools such as Heritage and DPS are close by. Hospitals such as Medanta provide comfort for later use. I view this to be a long-term hold. Nearby corporate zones could provide rental demand. Within the project, green spaces have value. My worry is about the paucity of local stores and sluggish development throughout the industry. Local structures need constant focus. Though cautious, I remain sure about my decision. Time will improve this region.
