A lot of newer high-rise projects in Gurgaon are starting to feel extremely dense once you look beyond the sample apartment and clubhouse visuals. BPTP Downtown 66 takes a slightly different route. Only four homes are planned on each floor here, so the overall movement across common areas feels more controlled and private compared to large-volume residential towers.
The decks are another noticeable part of the project. Some extend close to 85 feet, which is unusually large for newer apartment developments in Gurgaon. Instead of treating outdoor space like a small attachment to the living room, the project gives it much more visibility within the overall layout itself.
The clubhouse side is unusually loaded here. Apart from the regular gym, pool, and wellness areas, the project also includes things like a boxing ring, pickleball court, karaoke lounge, robotics lab, cooking studio, and even a private theatre. It does not really feel like the usual token clubhouse setup you see in many towers.
Sector 66 already has most of the daily infrastructure around it anyway. Schools, hospitals, offices, restaurants, all of that is fairly active around the Golf Course Extension Road stretch now.
