Positives: As soon as you enter 12th Main or 100 Feet Road, you realise the buzz is an unmatchable lifestyle. The Purple Line Metro provides us with incredible connectivity, along with world-class social infrastructure such as Chinmaya Mission Hospital and great schools right on our doorstep. This lively, central location is the reason why properties retain such high value. Negatives: There are two things which every purchaser inquires about. One, the traffic, particularly 100 Feet Road at peak hours, is truly congested, and parking on the road is an ever-present pain. Two, the investment is heavy. Indiranagar is still one of Bangalore's most upscale and pricey localities. Nevertheless, I rate it a full five stars.

Positives: I shifted to Indiranagar for my job two years ago and felt right at home with its green avenues and busy cafes. As an owner, I adore the combination of old Bangalore bungalows and new apartments, proximity to credible hospitals and quality schools, vibrant nightlife on 100 Feet Road, restaurants that serve quality food, boutiques, and the Indiranagar Metro, which makes commuting easy. Neighbourhood atmosphere is secure, pet-friendly and ideal for nighttime strolls. For weekend activities, I stroll to the nearby Koramangala, spend time at pop-up markets. I also enjoy convenient delivery and easy access to city centre offices. Negatives: Limited parking along commercial areas, occasional disturbance from late-night pubs are some negatives. In spite of increased property rates and mounting maintenance, I still prefer to live here due to the spirit of community.

Positives: I purchased my apartment in Indiranagar years back, and it was an excellent decision—investment of a lifetime! Here, the appreciation is wild because the life is unparalleled. It's the pulse of the city, with top-end restaurants, fashion boutiques, and the nightlife is incredible. We are excellently connected; having the Indiranagar Metro station here makes travelling to MG Road or Whitefield easy as pie. The social infra is best in class; nothing is too far away to walk to—parks, banks, and quality schools are near. It is extremely convenient and secure, with a consistently high rental yield. Negatives: The one negative is the parking; it's a nightmare near 100 Feet Road, but that's a price worth paying for staying bang in the middle of Bangalore.

Positives: Being a home owner, I can tell you with absolute certainty that residing in Indiranagar has been an excellent choice. The nightlife is unmatchable. 100 Feet Road has an excellent blend of fine dining, cafes, pubs, and lounges. Its great metro connectivity and locality to major IT centers make daily travel surprisingly convenient. It has excellent schools and hospitals. It has plenty of parks and tree-lined avenues, making it peaceful-looking despite the activity. Negatives: The sole actual downside, from the point of view of a homeowner, is expense. Being such an upscale area, property prices and general cost of living are fairly high.

I am over the moon at getting an opportunity to stay in Indiranagar. I find it to be the poshest locality in all of Bangalore. My reasons include the elite businessmen, CEOs, professionals, and celebrities staying here, along with the tree-lined yet big roads, and the commercial cluster. This is where Indiranagar shines, with all the pubs, cafes, restaurants, event spaces, lounges, and retail stores you can think of! It’s so well-put together that you’ll feel that you’re in Singapore. At least, that’s what I first felt when I started staying here. Yes, there’s a little parking trouble every now and then due to so many establishments in the area. However, amenities and infra-wise, there’s no better place to stay!

Indiranagar is possibly one of the best places to stay in Bangalore. I can safely say this, because of its strategic location. You get access to popular zones like MG Road, Koramangala, and other parts of Central Bangalore, in addition to several places through the Namma Purple Line. Also, the people here are well-educated and cosmopolitan. The area is a posh one, which is visible as you see all the mansions and plush complexes. I love walking along the broad footpaths, while taking in the cool vibe all around. One area of improvement is the road conditions. There are potholes in a few stretches.

I love staying in Indiranagar. It is one of the best places to live in Bangalore, especially for central connectivity. I work in Koramangala, and it takes me just 20-25 minutes to get there, while the MG Road shopping hub is only 17-18 minutes away from the location. The Namma Metro Purple Line access is also there, and all other social amenities are top-notch, to say the least. There are so many pubs, bars, and nightlife hangouts, along with some of the city’s best restaurants. Also, you will find several luxurious residential complexes here, along with well-developed communities. The only issue I can mention is the traffic congestion and noise due to the presence of several commercial establishments here.

I absolutely LOVE Indiranagar. This is like the cream-de-la-crème of the city, and you will notice it immediately upon entering the locality. Funnily, I am a late entrant to the neighbourhood and spent a mini fortune for the privilege of living here. I am happy to state that it has been a glorious time indeed! I am really passionate about dining out and cafes, and this neighbourhood never fails to fascinate me. You get really good brew on tap, live music across genres, lip-smacking grub, and some event or pop-up happening every other day. The feeling of living here is very similar to what I experienced while staying in Sydney in the past.

I enjoy living and selling houses in Indiranagar. It remains vibrant day after day. The locality combines green residential enclaves with the vibrant 100 Feet Road lined with cafes, restaurants and stores, so residents find lifestyle and convenience in one walkable distance. Metro and good BMTC connectivity makes traveling to the city and offices convenient. Schools, hospitals and clubs are within reach. It's the community's value, and real estate here is upscale because demand remains strong. I tend to take clients through tree-lined streets and tight apartment units well suited for professionals and small families. Two areas I'd like to see corrected are the constant traffic jams and scarce parking on major roads, and local streets and drainage patches that need improved maintenance.

I love living in Indiranagar and am proud of my locality. This area is one of the most walkable stretches in Bangalore, with its wide roads and footpaths. Of course, it’s also very happening, what with the tons of bars, nightclubs, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and a lot more. My friends and I hang out at Bob’s Bar and Toit, while there are several live music and event venues worth checking out here too. And of course, we’re pretty much near the Namma Metro Purple Line, with two stations to use. From the National Public School to the Chinmaya Mission Hospital, plenty of social amenities are available in the area. Water supply issues are a big civic problem that needs to be fixed in Indiranagar.

I purchased my flat here and truthfully it is just perfect living in Indiranagar. We are so centrally located, and the Namma Metro is a godsend for commutes to my office near Bagmane Tech Park. The entire locality renowned for its amazing eating and startup culture which keeps our property price appreciating so beautifully. Despite all the commercial hype, the residential alleys are secure and surprisingly verdant, which I treasure. We strongly recommend this neighborhood for the quality of life it provides. The only big plus that requires improvement is the ongoing necessity for the city to upgrade the storm water drainage system on the main thoroughfares to finally cut out waterlogging during rains.

Indiranagar is one of those classic areas which gives you that premium or posh vibe. I have lived here for several years, before I had to move out somewhere closer to my workplace. I have only happy memories of my time here. Indiranagar is very safe, with well-built layouts and roads, the policing is also good here. Plenty of quirky and fun event spaces, lots of pop-ups happening regularly, multiple restaurants and cafes, along with fun bars. Nightlife is happening and live music lovers will be in for a great time. Toit was my favorite hangout here on almost every weekend evening. Just taking a stroll along the locality is a delight. Civic amenities are good enough and power cuts are rare. Just wish that they have improved the water supply situation, but the rest is all top-class.

I have been a tenant in Indiranagar for some years, and I really like living here. The cafes, the shops, and the pubs are nearby. Connectivity-wise, the Indiranagar Metro station makes it so much quicker to get to MG Road, Whitefield, or other areas of Bengaluru. The tree lined roads of HAL 2nd Stage are serene even though they are within the city. Schools, hospitals, supermarkets are within easy reach. Rent is high, so flats are maintained well and are modern. The only thing that I feel can be improved upon is traffic during rush hour, which is horrible, particularly along CMH Road and 100 Feet Road. Nevertheless, I strongly suggest residing in Indiranagar.

Positives: I had previously stayed in Indiranagar for a number of years, and I recall it as a really lively place to live. I enjoyed waking up on tree-lined streets in HAL 2nd Stage and strolling towards cafes, and speciality shops along the iconic 100 Feet Road. The metro stops (Indiranagar and Swami Vivekananda Road) also made travel extremely convenient. Schools and hospitals in the vicinity were superb; I used to praise CV Raman Hospital's service and like the number of options that I had for learning. Low-rise flats and green patches like Defence Colony provided a good combination of peace and dynamism. Social life was vibrant with restaurants, bars, and numerous more. Something that I had desired was a more consistent water supply in certain blocks, and periodical power outages irked me.

Positives: I reside in this lovely locality and I adore its greenery surrounding the area. I quite enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere and convenient proximity to 100 Feet Road's cafes, boutiques and vibrant nightlife. My flat is within walking distance of the Indiranagar metro station so travelling to offices and malls is speedy, and good schools, clinics and parks are easily accessible. Tree-lined avenues, green oases, vibrant cultural clubs and high levels of security make life here really enjoyable. Properties are top-class and well-serviced. But I think the main road traffic during rush hours can be heavy and parking is usually a problem. Also, prices and rentals are steep compared to other localities. I think better traffic management and cheaper parking would make it an even better place.
