I can feel relaxed and luxurious in this place. Major Roads have connected Kannur with other cities outside Bangalore. This locality has good accessibility. It's very close to Bangalore palace. It's a decent place to stay for me. Neighborhoods are good. Kannur is surrounded by Bangalore's posh localities like K.R. Puram and Yelahanka. I love this place for its calm environment. Numerous schools and colleges surround the residential locality of Kannur. Pragathi College of Nursing, KNS Institute of Technology, and many more institutions are close to this locality. Most of the banks and ATMs have outlets like HDFC Bank, and ICICI Banks is here. The locality is well developed with various amenities within walkable distance. Kannur is located at an ideal distance from most tourist spots. Bangalore Palace- 34 minutes away, Nandi Hills- 1hr 11mins, etc.
I have been staying in for six months in Kannur. It is located in East Bangalore tehsil of Bangalore. From my experience, Kannur is the best option away from the hustle-bustle of the central city. Yeshwanthpur Railway Station takes half an hour's ride from Kannur on days of moderate traffic. It is situated near a railway station and national highway, making it an easy corridor to reach other major cities of Karnataka. This locality is an ideal choice for me as a homebuyer in this multi-facilitated locality.

The area is supermarkets evenly distributed around the locality. This locality has fewer multi-specialty healthcare centers. The connectivity is one of its major highlights. This area is located just 20 minutes away from the Kempe Gowda International Airport.
