A total of 5 out of 6 launched units have been booked as of April 2026, including 83% of 3 BHK(5 out of 6).

Four companies have been shortlisted for the operations and maintenance contract for the Mumbai Monorail's Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk–Chembur arm.
