Malviya Nagar is a really wonderful place for me to live because my everyday life is simple and active. I appreciate this neighborhood since it offers daily stores, banks, clinics, and markets, all of which really benefit me as a renter. For brief excursions, I depend on automobiles and buses in addition to Malviya Nagar Metro Station on the Yellow Line. For medical needs, I rely on Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket; for school, I know Sri Aurobindo College is near. Regular police movement and hectic streets provide me a sense of security. Near parks and walking paths, I relish greenery. For South Delhi, I believe this area to be rather reasonable. Parking difficulties and aged drain lines vex me.

Malviya Nagar is the liveliest area of South Delhi so, I advise my customers to choose it. For simple transportation, I see a great benefit in the Yellow Line metro link. I would pick this region for Apeejay School and Madan Mohan Malviya Hospital. Because the local markets remain vibrant and busy, I feel very secure strolling here late at night. My trips at the District Park or the neighboring heritage ruins are great. Students from Sri Aurobindo College help rental returns stay quite high. For me, the congested parking lots and traffic jams are really stressful. I consider this area to be the true pulsing heart of the city.

Having good schools like Apeejay and Laxman Public nearby, as well as Max Hospital Saket and AIIMS close by, makes me feel at ease. My weekends at Select Citywalk Mall and the foliage around Deer Park and adjacent parks delight me. With strong rental demand and excellent profits, I believe my investment is worthy. Narrow inside lanes and parking problems need swift correction, in my opinion.

I am an owner of an apartment at Malviya Nagar Delhi. I am living in this area for more than seven years. As Malviya Nagar is the center of the city of Delhi, the area is connected with schools, colleges, markets, banks, hospitals, and transport services as well. The water service facility is amazing because drinking water is available at all the places of Malviya Nagar for free.

I am a tenant of the place, Malviya Nagar. I am living in Malviya Nagar for more than four years. From my viewpoint, CCTV cameras and security are near the supermarket to keep the place safe and secure. Max Hospital is one of the best hospitals in this area of Malviya Nagar. City mall is the largest mall in this area where people can get different types of products in the same place.

I am an owner of an apartment at Malviya Nagar. I have been living here for almost eight years. In my opinion, the essential commodities shop is nearby to Malviya Nagar. A transport facility is available near the locality of Malviya Nagar. Schools and universities are available at walking distance from the area of Malviya Nagar. From my perspective, most people are quite friendly and helpful. Nursing homes and hospitals are also available near the area of Malviya Nagar within the range of 3km.

Positives: My excellent experience here with high rent yield delights me. My Max Hospital experiences are quite seamless. I enjoy the Salim's Kebab dining experience. My interactions with Malviya Nagar Metro simplify travelling greatly.

Negatives: Fixing my awful traffic experience is something I recommend. Here I lack adequate open parking and a public library.

Positives: Malviya Nagar combines city life with residential tranquillity, which gives it a distinct quality. It is close to Saket commercial offices and in the middle of South Delhi. I lease here since my job is nearby and daily transit is straightforward. Markets, gyms, and food establishments around have advantages I like. I often travel to Malviya Nagar Metro Station. Close by are noted schools and Max Hospital Saket. At Select Citywalk, I love movies and shopping malls. For renters, I think rent is on the higher side. Usually, I think safety is good with no significant criminal problems.

Negatives: Parking is stressful; certain inside lanes are crowded. To feel completely happy here, I really require more organized parking and better road upkeep.

Positives: Malviya Nagar is a dependable area to reside in. Its central location and simple access to Saket and Hauz Khas appeal to me. Near parks and community areas appeal to me. Around me, excellent hospitals, colleges, and institutions abound; I value this. Metro connectivity helps me to travel considerably less. Here with my family, I feel secure.

Negatives: I see that the timing of water delivery can be erratic. In certain lanes, garbage collection begs improvement. Some areas may benefit from better street lights. Parking arrangements in older neighborhoods also strike me as poor. All things considered, my experience is excellent. I think Malviya Nagar still has great residential appeal with possibilities for improved essential amenities.

Positives: Owning my house in Malviya Nagar makes me content since my experience here seems total. Because Max Hospital and clinics are nearby, I believe the emergency facilities are good. As churches, markets, banks, and schools are nearby, I like quiet living. Malviya Nagar Metro and bus paths are where I travel. This area's central position in South Delhi, close to Hauz Khas and Saket, appeals to me. Crowd movement makes me feel safe here, even in the evenings. At Select Citywalk and nearby regional stores, I love shopping and the food choices.

Negatives: The limited parking area and the archaic interior roads bother me somewhat. I think it is absolutely imperative to pay civic upkeep.

Positives: Malviya Nagar appealed to me because of its vivacious energy. The excellent food at the local markets was my primary asset. Daily I took the Magenta Line metro to get to my Nehru Place office center extremely quickly. I took a lot of pictures of the historic structures in the Khirki Masjid district, hence that was my preferred location. I also spent a lot of my time hiking in the neigh boring Hauz Khas District Park. The streets were always busy and well illuminated, so I felt secure.

Negatives: The thick dust and noise pollution caused me a negative encounter. I believe the trash pickup there should be much faster. More grassy areas are certainly needed.

Positives: Because my office is in the nearby Saket District Centre, I am presently here as a renter. I am very near to several local parks and Khirki Masjid's vibrant foliage, which I find really wonderful. Being walking distance from DLF Avenue and the bustling Malviya Nagar primary market gives me and my buddies pleasure. With the Magenta Line a major advantage for me, the transportation here is rather easy. Hospital for Rainbow Children, so nearby.

Negatives: But I believe the major issue is the exorbitant rent for very old, poorly ventilated rooms. I believe late-night safety and street lighting in the back alleys have to be raised. The noise from the unending traffic really exhausts me.

The distance from my place to the grocery shops is 500m. The government hospital is also available near this area within a 10-minute walking distance. Private cabs such as uber and ola are always available in the area of Malviya Nagar. The rent of the apartments is not affordable at Malviya Nagar.
