    Locality was good . Peaceful area for leaving . New Construction All ammenities near by like grocery stores and all items provide easily . Most important society well maintained and rera registered society. Club House and all ammenities available inside the society.

    Sector 127 is a planned sector in Kharar ,part of greater Mohali.Developed by Punjab's reputed builder Gillco . area is safe ,proximity to tricity with well developed highway system in vicinity. Developed in 2005 , in last twenty years systems and development has happened.including daily needs shops ,washerman,a market with shops of clothing ,electronics and electrical goods. Drainage system is good with lot of green areas.Very safe area as even cities in punjab have fewer crime rates , & Traffic congestion too is lower than tier 1 citites of India.Water , Air are clean plus weather is milder than rest of north india eing in proximity to Shivalik,Himachal hills.kharar and mohali main cities are within 2-6 km.Even chandigarh is less than 10 km. lot of uptake and property apppreciation is possible with Airport road and kullu ambala highway eing opened.
