I find Kalkaji famous for its premium status and ancient temple. I am located right in the heart of South Delhi. My experiences with high rental income are amazing. The upcoming cycling corridor looks great for the future. My disappointments are the rising air pollution and the recurring drainage issues.

I live in this beautiful, self-sufficient area. I find it perfect because I am near Apollo Hospital and Kalka Public School. My experiences at Nehru Place market are great. Rents are reasonable for South Delhi. However, the frequent water shortages and crowded footpaths really bother us every day.

I suggest Kalkaji to clients. I see strong rental demand and solid resale value here. I see facilities like Nehru Place market, DPS East of Kailash, and Fortis Escorts Hospital nearby. I see the Kalkaji Mandir metro and easy bus travel. I caution clients about parking shortages and ageing infrastructure in this area.

I love Kalkaji for its vibrant lifestyle. Commuting is a breeze with the Kalkaji Mandir Metro nearby. Fortis C-Doc and DLF Avenue Mall are close to my house. I easily reach the Nehru Place office hub too. However, I face massive parking shortages and heavy peak-hour traffic jams daily in this locality.

I think Kalkaji is beautiful with its rich culture. I feel the rental yield is rising. I really love the local atmosphere and my hangout at the Nehru Place market. Transport is excellent with the interchange metro. I dislike the frequent noise, stray dogs, and hard water in this locality.

My experiences are excellent; I have a house here. For the Violet and Magenta lines, I daily utilise the Kalkaji Mandir interchange. My family feels quite safe close to the Lotus Temple. Life with the large primary market is simple. Still, I find the cramped roads and little parking here unbearable.

I adore my life here because the connection is amazing. Being near my office and the neighbouring parks makes me happy. At Nehru Place, my family adore the cuisine. For pupils, I see it as really practical. I have issues with intense evening traffic and loud market noise, nevertheless.

The serenity of the Lotus Temple nearby and the verdant Jahanpanah City Forest are both attractions for me. My investment earns me excellent rental income from office staff and students. Still, I believe better parking management and cleaner public parks are needed. This location actually feels familiar.

Positives: Residing in Kalkaji, I find stability here. I like the neighbouring Lotus Temple, good marketplaces, schools, and hospitals. Metros, buses, and cars are all used easily. For me and students, rent is reasonable.

Negatives: I get narrow roads, traffic congestion, and infrequent waterlogging throughout rain. Life here is peaceful yet energetic.

Positives: Rental income is rather strong. Therefore, this is a good investment. Being close to Kalkaji Mandir and Lotus Temple is fantastic. Every weekend, my family enjoys eating at CR Park marketplaces.

Negatives: Parking places here are rather small. The traffic on the highways is quite thick. Old sewer pipes often block.

Positives: Kalkaji was where I lived, and I thought it was both reasonably priced and secure. I rode the Violet Line daily. Right close were Himesh Hospital and Deshbandhu College. The convenience attracted my family.

Negatives: Monkey terror actually infuriated me, as did bad parking and small lanes. I detested the persistent vehicle noise.
