    The distinctive, self-sufficient nature Behala astonished me. Best is its mix of a mature, safe residential core and commercial activity such as nearby industrial units, therefore I selected this inexpensive area. Although not in the middle, connectivity is great. Important USPs are the Taratala Flyover and Diamond Harbour Road; the new Behala Chowrasta Metro station will revolutionise transportation. Nearby are Behala High School and Vidyasagar State General Hospital. The Behala Purono Bazaar is busy for enjoyment. The two most important shortcomings, however, are a demand for better public transportation coverage away from the main route and for more efficient garbage disposal on the inner-side lanes.

    Having property in Behala Chowrasta is something I really like. It was the most wise investment I ever made and provides a great quality of life. South Kolkata has great infrastructure and a warm, settled community atmosphere here, making it ideal. Thanks to the Behala Chowrasta Metro, which has greatly increased property and rental values, our connectivity is unsurpassed. Within close proximity are trustworthy establishments such Behala College and Diamond Plaza Mall. This is a great area since it is safe, lively, and constantly alive with activity throughout. My one recommendation for development would be to better the trash disposal and cleanliness services especially along the little interior market corridors. I would highly advise this place to anybody seeking for a stable, fast-growing region.

    Positives: I have resided in Behala Chowrasta for a few years, and it now really feels like home. The Behala Chowrasta Metro Station has so greatly smoothed travelling to Tollygunge and Esplanade; hence, I adore the tremendous connectivity. The area's combination of historical charm and contemporary lifestyle is rather appealing. Nearby schools include Orient Day and M.P. Birla Foundation; hospitals like Vidyasagar and CMRI are simple to get to. Daily necessities, shops, and restaurants all close by enable rather easy living. Properties here also provide excellent rental income.

    Negatives: The only problems I sometimes experience are drainage difficulties during intense rains and traffic congestion close to the main crossing.

    Positives: Arranging in Behala Choosing Chowrasta was the wisest move. Here I am an enthusiastic owner. Our fresh Metro station changes everything. It fast links us to the city. I love that all necessities, from the vibrant neighbourhood bazaar to renowned schools, are merely a walk away. South Kolkata life truly centres around this lively intersection.

    Negatives: Some issues must be addressed straight away. First of all, bad drainage leads to severe waterlogging still brought on by the heavy monsoon rains. Secondly, walkers are always in danger from the shattered asphalt following sewage construction. Finally, more deliberate action is needed in the narrower alleyways for continuous trash management.

    Positives: I chosen this locality for its remarkable low cost and centrality as a significant South Kolkata centre was Behala Chowrasta. Connectivity was great, improved by the current Building of Joka-Esplanade Metro Line 3. Schools such Behala High School and medical facilities such Narayan Memorial Hospital were always easily accessible along with vital services. All we needed was there. It was a comfortable place to call home with strong connections and ease of access.

    Negatives: Often severely limited available walking area was the unmanaged roadside parking together with the hawker threat around the major intersection. A constant issue was the intense waterlogging during heavy monsoon storms. It transformed internal roads into temporary swimming areas. Urgently require fix this issue.

    Positives: Because I have lived here forever, Behala Chowrasta seems natural. This station on the Purple Line Metro is really revolutionary at this time. Quick links to Joka and the city center are made possible by connectivity, it is great. For quick buses and taxis, we have Diamond Harbour Road. There are excellent markets and big institutions close by. Top hospitals are just a quick vehicle away for medical needs. It seems a self-sufficient, central hub really. For homeownership, I really advise it since it is secure. Great future expansion guaranteed by the metro extension is amazing.

    Negatives: Still, Diamond Harbour Road's severe traffic congestion needs significant improvement. Quite frankly, we certainly require more organized public green areas.

    Positives: Born and reared close to Behala Chowrasta, my early years are vivid with its colorful energy. We had all the required conveniences right here. The site always seemed whole. Making the whole city reachable by Behala Chowrasta Metro Station opening was the greatest help. Local marketplaces provided everything we needed at reasonable prices. We were close to respected institutions like Vidyasagar State General Hospital. With its classic old Kolkata appeal and strong, secure community vibe, it was really appealing.

    Negatives: Fighting the intense traffic congestion specially during pick hours on Diamond Harbour Road took me countless hours. The regular flooding during torrential rains was a seasonal catastrophe for locals.
