The upcoming Silver Line metro looks promising. My suggestions address two disappointments, like the poor road maintenance and the constant stray dog issues.

I live in this beautiful, posh area. My experiences are great because I am near Fortis Hospital and DPS Vasant Kunj. I enjoy hanging out at Ambience Mall. I feel rents are high but worth the safety. However, the old water pipes and lack of parking bother us every day.

I suggest Vasant Kunj because I see premium living and strong demand. I see malls like Promenade and Ambience nearby and schools like DPS Vasant Kunj. I see Fortis Hospital closing and Chhatarpur metro connectivity. I warn clients about traffic congestion and higher maintenance costs that need attention in this locality for a better experience.

I love Vasant Kunj for its elite vibe. My commuting is better with the Vasant Vihar Magenta Line nearby. Fortis Hospital and DLF Promenade are my go-to spots. I easily reach the Aerocity office hub. Sadly, I face heavy peak-hour traffic and a serious water shortage in summers in this locality.

Due to the active RWA guards and bright lanes, I think women at night would find this area extremely safe. I see locals appreciating the opulence of DLF Promenade as well as the nearby great expanse of Sanjay Van greenery. The rental return from Embassy employees seems really outstanding. But I believe the often-occurring water shortages and severe mall traffic need the attention.

Besides, the place has several shopping malls, which is why the locality is famous for being a fashion destination. The nightlife of the locality is another notable point and it is packed with pubs, restaurants, and eateries.

I have been living in Vasant Kunj for a long time now and I can say that this place is home to several reputed educational institutes. Therefore, providing a good education for my children has never been a problem for me. Furthermore, there are many reputed hospitals and health centers in Vasant Kunj like Fortis, and the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. It is the most convenient neighborhood.
