Connectivity-wise, the metro line runs nearby, so that’s a huge plus point. Also, another thing to remember is that the road connectivity is also good. Vikas Nagar is where I have my shop, and it’s very accessible from here as well. Healthcare, ATMs, and markets- everything I need is located within a 5-7-minute radius from the neighbourhood. Yes, there are some power and water supply challenges, but I think they can be solved.

Also, I love shopping at the local Laxmi Nagar Market for everything under the sun! The traffic congestion, crowds, narrow lanes, and lack of proper waste disposal are major issues, according to me. We need more green spaces in the locality as well.

It's a huge commercial hub for students and electronics businesses, offering great economic scope and maintaining a lively, safe atmosphere around the clock, even near the markets. Even with the density, we have nice neighborhood parks for a little greenery. For the future, I really think the focus should be on better maintaining and upgrading the internal drainage and sewage systems within the residential lanes.
